Early Life and Experience
I was born in a village in my country. I have been a technology enthusiast since my childhood. Always, I tried to research and learn new technologies.
My father is a business man, he has dealt in different types of products at different times. I myself wanted to be a business man. So I always tried to observe everything, including my father’s marketing strategy and sales method.
I completed secondary and higher secondary from science group. My family wanted me to be a software engineer or govt job. But I want to become a freelancer. Therefore, before completing secondary, I acquired skills in graphic design and video editing.
Since 2014, I have been writing various articles, stories, and poems. I was also involved in Facebook ID, page troubleshooting, Facebook marketing, and content creation. In 2018, I started learning different skills of digital marketing. Although I learned them mainly from a place of passion, I started working as a profession in 2019. Although I am an expert in digital marketing, I have gained skills in graphic design, video editing, team management, and with work.
Freelancing Career
While my other friends were dreaming of a government job or a higher education, I started to think outside the box. Later, I came up with the idea of doing freelancing jobs to enjoy the freedom of work. However, the journey was never easy for me, as my family members were cherished to grab a traditional job in my sector.
From childhood, I was intelligent and creative. My interest and enthusiasm led me to find work online. Thereafter, I started my career as a freelance worker on Fiverr, LinkedIn, and other platforms. I, along with other freelance workers, worked together on different projects for clients worldwide. Anyway, I’m glad, whatever I am. I enjoy my work and everything in my sector.

However, later, I started to find more work, which made it merely impossible to complete the task single-handed. So I comes with the idea of making a team by hiring team member for me: my first team, Growspire Digital, in 2022 with virtually.
Due to quality work and on-time delivery, the team grabbed the attention of foreign clients. As a result, the number of clients increased at a higher speed from all over the world. Consequently, I had to increase the number of team to handle the workload.
My integrity and hard work propelled the team to be one of the best Marketing teams in Bangladesh. During my period, I completed many national and international client projects. Hence, I want to become a role model among Bangladeshi freelancers.
