Your privacy matters. This page explains, in plain words, what this site collects and what you can do about it.

What this policy covers
This policy explains what personal data jubaerhasan.com collects, why, who processes it, and the choices and rights you have. It covers this website only. Sites linked from here, such as LinkedIn, Fiverr and juviox.com, have their own policies.
Data collected when you use the contact form
When you send a message through the form on the Partnerships page, it collects:
- your name and email address
- your company (optional), the topic you choose and your message
This is used only to read and reply to your message, and for any work that follows from it. The legal basis is taking steps at your request before a possible agreement, and my legitimate interest in answering enquiries.
The message is delivered to my inbox by email through Resend. To block spam, the form uses Cloudflare Turnstile, a hidden field and a minimum filling time, and limits how many messages one IP address can send per minute.
Analytics
Google Analytics 4 (provided by Google, loaded through Google Tag Manager) is used to understand which pages are visited and how people find the site. It records things like pages viewed, clicks on key buttons and links to other sites, contact form submissions (not their content), approximate location, device and browser, and how you arrived. Advertising features and advertising signals are not used.
If you visit from the UK, the EU/EEA, Switzerland or Québec, or your location cannot be determined, Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics only load after you accept. Elsewhere it runs by default, and you can turn it off at any time in the cookie preferences. If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal, Google Analytics stays off unless you turn it on yourself.
Cloudflare Web Analytics is also used to count page views. It does not use cookies or local storage and does not track you across sites.
Cookies and local storage
- jh-consent (local storage, necessary): remembers your cookie choice and the date you made it, for 12 months.
- _ga and _ga_<ID> (cookies, analytics): set by Google Analytics only when analytics is allowed; they last up to 2 years.
You can change or withdraw your choice at any time with the Cookie settings link in the footer or the button below. Withdrawing deletes the Google Analytics cookies on this site.
Hosting and security
The site is hosted and delivered by Cloudflare. To deliver pages and protect the site, Cloudflare processes technical data such as your IP address, browser and the pages requested.
On the Partnerships page, Cloudflare Turnstile checks browser and device signals to tell people from bots. This is necessary to protect the form.
Service providers and international transfers
Your data is processed by these providers, only for the purposes above:
- Cloudflare (hosting, security, Turnstile, Web Analytics)
- Google (Google Analytics 4, when allowed)
- Resend (delivering contact form messages)
These providers may process data outside your country, including in the United States. Where the law requires it, they rely on safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses or the EU–US Data Privacy Framework. Your data is not sold or shared for cross-context advertising.
How long data is kept
Contact form messages are kept for as long as needed to answer them and for any work that follows. Google Analytics data is kept for 14 months. Your cookie choice is kept for 12 months.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you can ask to access, correct or delete your personal data, to restrict or object to its use, to receive a copy of it, and to withdraw consent at any time. Withdrawing consent does not affect processing that already happened.
If you are in the UK, the EU/EEA or Switzerland, you can also complain to your data protection authority (in the UK, the Information Commissioner's Office). If you live in California or another US state with a privacy law, you have the right to know, delete and correct your data, and to opt out of its sale or sharing; this site does not sell or share personal data.
To use any of these rights, contact me using the details above or the form on the Partnerships page.
Children
This site is not aimed at children under 16, and I do not knowingly collect their data.
